About the Role

The Financial Sales Services Executive plays a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s digital financial solutions. This role requires a blend of financial knowledge, sales acumen, and an understanding of fintech products such as digital payments, lending platforms, wealth-tech tools, or financial management applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target potential clients (SMEs, corporates, or consumers depending on the product).

  • Conduct outbound sales calls, product demos, and presentations.

• Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Understand client financial needs and recommend appropriate fintech solutions.

  • Provide onboarding support and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.

• Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Develop sales strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis.

  • Track sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.

• Product Expertise

  • Stay updated on fintech product features, updates, and compliance requirements.

  • Translate complex financial and technical information into clear value propositions.

• Customer Support Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (product, support, risk).

  • Resolve client issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Market Intelligence

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to help enhance product offerings.

  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities.
