Field Support Engineer

·         Install, calibrate, and commission medical equipment at hospitals & clinics.

·         Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in line with company standards and OEM guidelines.

·         Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide timely solutions to minimize equipment downtime.

·         Maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and maintenance logs as per regulatory norms.

·         Ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards and electrical/mechanical safety protocols.

·         Coordinate with OEMs or internal teams for advanced troubleshooting, spare parts, and upgrades.

·         Stay updated with latest product technologies and service procedures.

·         Willingness to travel frequently to healthcare facilities and client sites and two wheeler mandatory with license
