Job Title: Field Sales Officer – CASA (Current & Savings Account)

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) through field visits and cold calling.

• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the branch manager.

• Generate leads through referrals, market activities, and existing customer base.

• Educate customers on the benefits of CASA products and services offered by IDFC FIRST Bank.

• Ensure high-quality customer acquisition and maintain customer relationships for future cross-selling.

• Work closely with branch operations and other internal teams for seamless onboarding and documentation.

• Follow compliance guidelines and maintain complete documentation for all account openings.

Who Can Apply:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 4 years in CASA Sales, Banking Sales, BFSI Sales, NBFC, or Financial Products.

• Must-Have:

  • Bike and Valid Driving License – Mandatory for field visits

  • Good communication and convincing skills

  • Customer-first mindset with a go-getter attitude

• Preferred: Candidates currently working or having worked in private banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.

• Age: Up to 30 years only
