Field Sales Officer

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for banking products (Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, etc.).

• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and customer meetings to generate business.

• Explain product features, benefits, and charges clearly to customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue.

• Maintain healthy customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance as per RBI & bank norms.

• Coordinate with branch staff and managers for smooth onboarding of customers.

• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
