Field Sales Officer

• Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives or territory sales officers to achieve sales targets.

• Sales Strategy Execution: Implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals.

• Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory and ensure regular follow-up to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Distribution Network: Develop and manage a strong distributor/dealer network; onboard new partners as needed.

• Market Development: Identify new market opportunities, analyze competitors, and gather market intelligence to support growth strategies.

• Retail Engagement: Conduct regular market visits to monitor retail presence, product visibility, and address issues at the ground level.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to management.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and retailers.

• Promotional Activities: Supervise the implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches, and local promotions.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, schemes, and ethical sales practices.
