Job Title: Field Sales Manager – Interior & Exterior (Commercial Segment)
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Industry: Building Materials / Interiors / Exteriors / Construction Solutions
Experience: 3–7 years in field sales (preferably in commercial or B2B segment)
Language: Local language proficiency is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and commercial clients.
Drive sales of interior and exterior products within the assigned region.
Conduct regular client visits and site inspections to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets through lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and project teams for smooth execution.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Requirements:
Graduate (MBA preferred) with 3+ years of field sales experience.
Prior experience in building materials, paints, interiors, exteriors, or allied industries preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must be fluent in the local language and comfortable with regional market dynamics.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
