Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies

• Assist in formulating and implementing strategic sales plans.

2. Collaborate with Internal Teams

3. Engage Prospective Clients

• Identify and approach new business prospects in target markets.

• Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  
  

4. Present Product Demonstrations

• Conduct engaging product demos and distribute samples to clients/distributors.
  
  

• Highlight key features, advantages, and unique selling points of Prosonic’s offerings.
  
  

• Train clients on product functionality and benefits.
  
  

5. Achieve Sales Targets

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
  
  

• Utilize modern sales techniques and continuously monitor performance.
  
  

• Revise plans as needed to meet KPIs and revenue goals.
  
  

6. Monitor and Analyze Market Trends

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer demands.
  
  

• Identify potential opportunities or gaps in the market.
  
  

• Provide regular reports and insights to help refine sales and product strategies.
  
  

7. Leverage Social Media and Digital Platforms

• Use LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance company and product visibility.
