Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. The BDE will identify potential clients (logistics companies, shippers, brokers), pitch our platform’s value, and close deals to expand our network. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication, hustle, and on-ground understanding of logistics.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calls
•
Pitch the company’s services/platform to logistics clients and fleet operators
•
Build relationships with decision-makers and operational heads
•
Achieve monthly targets for client onboarding and first-trip conversions
•
Maintain pipeline reports, visit logs, and daily activity records
•
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
•
Follow up regularly to convert interest into active business
Qualifications
•
Graduate in any discipline; MBA or logistics background is a plus
•
1–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or field business development
•
Freshers with strong communication and field interest can also apply
Skills Required

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
