Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Maintain product knowledge of apparel, accessories, footwear, and home products

Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed as per Westside VM guidelines

Handle billing, cash, card, UPI transactions, and POS systems accurately

Assist in stock replenishment, tagging, and inventory management

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Manage fitting room assistance and customer queries

Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required

Follow store policies, hygiene, and safety standards
