Ø  GENERATING & ENTERING 2 ENQUIRIES PER DAY

Ø  FOLLOW UP OF ENQUIRY IN SALES FORCE APP

Ø  SENDING E- QUOTE& E-BROUCHER TO CUSTOMERS THROUGH SALES FORCE

Ø  HOME VISIT / CORPORATE VISIT/ NOTICE ACTIVITIES etc.

Ø  CONDUCTING LOAN MELA AND EVENTS

Ø  GIVING TEST DRIVE TO CUSTOMERS

Ø  FOLLOW UP OF ENQUIRY IN A FREEQUENT BASIS FOR BOOKING

v  BOOKING

Ø  ENTERING PRE BOOKINGS IN SALES FORCE APP

Ø  FILLING OBF AND TAKING BOOKING

Ø  ARRANGING FINANCE THROUGH FINANCE CORDINATOR

Ø  TAKING OF ACCESSORY REQUIREMENT FROM THE CUSTOMERS

v  RETAIL / BILLING

Ø  COLLECTING DOCUMENTS FOR BILLING & REGISTRATION

Ø  COLLECTING SIGNED FORM 20 FROM CUSTOMER & BANK

Ø  ACHIEVE THE TARGET GIVEN BY SALES MANAGER

v  DELIVERY

Ø  ARRANGEMENT OF DELIVERY VEHICLE ON TIME

Ø  ARRANGEMENT OF HSRP NUMBER PLATE

v  AFTER SALES SERVICE

Ø  POST SALES FOLLOW UP BY HOME VISIT / TELE CALLING

Ø  RESOLVING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS THROUGH CDI DEPARTMENT

Ø  COLLECTING REFERANCE FROM DELIVERED CUSTOMERS

Ø  UPDATING OF BUSSINES ASSOCIATE
