Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join Shine Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints-Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after free offer ends).The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹19500 - ₹30000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

• Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.

• Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

• Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

• Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
