Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and approach potential retail clients, build long-term relationships, and maintain a network of industry contacts.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our diamond jewellery collection, including design, quality, and value propositions, to effectively present and sell to retailers.
Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute plans to grow the client base and increase market share.
Negotiation and Closing: Handle negotiations with retailers, providing pricing and terms that align with company policies while maximizing sales and profitability.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management on performance and market dynamics.
