About the Role:

We are seeking a result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our business presence in Vadodara. The role requires meeting clients face-to-face, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions. The candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and passionate about sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new customers to generate business opportunities.

• Meet daily/weekly visit targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Present and demonstrate products/services to clients effectively.

• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure client satisfaction.

• Collect market insights, competitor activities, and share feedback with the team.

• Ensure timely collections and support after-sales service.

• Prepare and submit daily visit and sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

• 1–2 years of proven experience in field sales (freshers with strong communication may also apply).

• Excellent selling, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Should be flexible to travel within Vadodara and nearby regions.

• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license is compulsory.
