Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential driver-partners for onboarding

• Explain company offerings, incentives, and benefits to prospective partners

• Handle field visits, collect required documents, and ensure smooth onboarding

• Promote Everest Fleet's services in specific areas through local marketing

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status in system or register

• Coordinate with the operations and onboarding teams for seamless closure

• Attend daily team meetings and review sessions with supervisors

• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company values in field interactions

Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream)

• Experience: 0 to 6 years in field sales, marketing, or driver onboarding (Freshers welcome)

• Good communication and convincing skills (local language is a plus)

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

• Basic knowledge of Google Maps and mobile apps

• Target-oriented, confident, and ready to work in the field

• Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours based on targets
