Drive B2C and B2B revenue through on-ground lead generation, promotional events, and institutional partnerships to sell upskilling programs in New Age IT skills, Finance, Capital Markets and Foreign Languages Key Responsibilities:- Generate high-quality leads through field promotions and community engagement.- Plan and execute promotional and career-guidance events at colleges, schools, and residential societies to drive enrollments.- Build and manage partnerships with educational institutions to design and roll out upskilling programs that enhance students employability.- Market and sell upskilling programs in New age IT Skills, Foreign Languages, Finance, Capital Markets to employees/staff of SMEs, MSMEs, and large organizations.- Drive business conversion—manage follow-ups, negotiate offers, and meet monthly revenue and enrollment targets.- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales and activity reports.Must-Have Skills & Experience:- 1–3 years in field sales especially in services sector / industry - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.- Comfortable with travel, and event management.- Target-driven, organized, and Tech / CRM-savvy.Why Join:Opportunity to directly impact learners’ careers and the institute’s growth with clear revenue targets and autonomy in field strategy.
