We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MHE Field Sales Person to promote and sell Material Handling Equipment such as forklifts, stackers, pallet trucks, conveyors, and warehouse solutions. The role involves field visits, customer acquisition, technical sales support, and closing deals.
Identify and develop new customers in industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and FMCG sectors
Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and site surveys
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable MHE solutions
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical details
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales orders
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Coordinate with service, installation, and dispatch teams
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering (preferred)
Experience in MHE / Industrial Equipment / Capital Goods sales is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical specifications and applications
Self-motivated with willingness to travel extensively
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools
Valid two-wheeler license (mandatory)
