Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Executive cum Operations Executive to handle field operations and support the overall functioning of our service activities. The ideal candidate will manage on-ground coordination, client handling, workforce supervision, and ensure smooth operational execution as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily field operations and ensure timely delivery of services.

• Coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams for operational requirements.

• Handle workforce deployment and attendance monitoring at client sites.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality and compliance.

• Manage documentation, reporting, and operational data entry.

• Support the operations team in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Address on-ground issues and provide quick and effective resolutions.

• Prepare operational reports and update management on daily activities.

• Ensure smooth coordination for new project setups and client onboarding.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Operations, or related field).

• 2–4 years of experience in field operations or service coordination roles.

• Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry/reporting tools.

• Ability to travel for site visits and handle field responsibilities efficiently.

• Problem-solving attitude with strong organizational skills.

• Must be self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
