Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

• Visit existing and potential customers to promote products or services.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM or reports.

• Provide feedback to management about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events as required.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
