Position: Face-to-Face Fundraising ExecutiveLocation: [City / Mall / Public Locations]Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleThe Face-to-Face Fundraising Executive will engage with individuals in malls, events, and corporate offices to raise awareness about Smile Foundation's programs and encourage them to make one-time contributions in support of ongoing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesApproach and engage potential donors in public locations.Present Smile Foundation's cause effectively and build trust with donors.Motivate individuals to contribute one-time donations.Ensure accurate donor details and maintain proper documentation.Represent Smile Foundation in a professional and ethical manner.Work with the fundraising team to achieve daily/weekly targets.Skills & QualificationsStrong communication skills in English (mandatory) and at least one regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu /Malayalam, etc.).Confident in approaching and interacting with strangers.Energetic, persuasive, and target-driven personality.Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing is an advantage.Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.Note: Candidate should be willing to travel to different locations of south India on a monthly basis (out of Bangalore locations, accommodation provided).
