Maintain proper lead tracking, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets with consistency.
Guide students and parents regarding courses, fee structure, career paths, and placement opportunities.
Coordinate demo classes, assessments, and interviews with respective departments.
Participate in seminars, workshops, and marketing activities when required.
Train junior counselors if needed and support team operations.
