💼 POSITION DETAILS

💰 COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Probation Period (First 90 Days):
• Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000

Post-Probation (After 90 Days):
• Annual Salary: Up to ₹3,00,000 (₹3 LPA)
• Performance-based incentives

🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Generate leads through networking
✅ Guide customers through loan application process
✅ Build relationships with builders & property dealers
✅ Conduct site visits and document verification
✅ Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals
✅ Achieve monthly disbursement targets

✨ Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation
✨ Willingness to work in the field and meet clients
✨ Two-wheeler/Valid driving license (mandatory)
