Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at JANA Small Finance Bank. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, meet, and acquire customers for Gold Loans.

• Conduct field visits in assigned areas to generate business.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.

• source customers through cold calls, referrals, community visits, and local marketing activities.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing & disbursal.

• Ensure collection follow-up and maintain portfolio quality.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
