Key Responsibilities:
Identify, meet, and acquire customers for Gold Loans.
Conduct field visits in assigned areas to generate business.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.
source customers through cold calls, referrals, community visits, and local marketing activities.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing & disbursal.
Ensure collection follow-up and maintain portfolio quality.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
