Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
Welcome and assist visitors and customers at the office.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain visitor records and front desk register.
Manage courier, parcels, and office communication.
Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
Telesales Duties
Call potential and existing customers to promote company products.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Explain product details, pricing, and offers to customers.
Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
Maintain customer databases and call records.
Coordinate with the sales and service team for customer requirements.
