Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in software sales. Candidates from retail software sales are preferred; however, professionals with experience in any software sales domain will be considered.
The role involves managing business development activities across Pune and the rest of Maharashtra & Chandigarh including client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for software solutions
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, demos, negotiations, and closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
Travel within Pune and Maharashtra as required for client meetings
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in software sales (Retail software sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
Result-driven mindset with a passion for sales and growth
