BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation activities.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of success in business development or sales (typically 3–5+ years).
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
