
Business Development Manager
Role Objective:
To drive new business growth by generating leads, building relationships, and promoting life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales or references.
Promote and explain Life Insurance products (Term, ULIP, Savings, etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely policy conversion.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance with IRDA norms.
Coordinate with branch/operations teams for smooth issuance.
Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
