Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company goals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and strategic business plans to support growth.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential segments.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations ensuring process optimization and efficiency.

  • Support smooth transitions during business changes, expansions, or integrations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, HR, Finance, etc.) to drive operational goals.

  • Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and strategic goals.

  • Encourage collaboration, skill development, and accountability.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Technical & Commercial

  • Leverage technical understanding of products/services to support sales and recruitment processes.

  • Manage vendor relationships, pricing strategies, and negotiation processes.

  • Participate in technical recruitment drives and assessments when needed.
