Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive/Manager with a technical background to drive IT sales and expand business opportunities. The role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT sales.

• Meet or exceed sales targets (₹5-10 Lakh).

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Track sales metrics and report on performance.

Preferred Candidate:

• Male candidates preferred.

• Female candidates considered only if able to attend field meetings.

• B.Tech degree or equivalent technical education.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
