Business Development Executive

Urban Company is looking to hire Business Development Associate for

AC Repairs Category

Location (WFO) : Vadodara & Surat

CTC: 3 to 3.6 CTC

Responsibilities:

1) Own the entire onboarding process: identify funnels, develop 1v1 relations, and onboard technicians to the platform.

2) Handle the day-to-day activities of the onboarded professionals.

3) Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications to the on-boarded professionals.

4) Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.

Job Requirements:

1) End-to-end ownership in execution and problem solving.

2) Excellent written, verbal communication skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills and good knowledge on google sheets/excel.

3) 0-2 Years of experience

4) Highly organized with excellent attention to detail & should be able to handle multiple responsibilities.

5) Fluent in HINDI, GUJRATI & ENGLISH.

6) Must have a laptop.

7) Past experience in start-ups will be advantage.

8) Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Degree
