JOB LOCATION

Head Office, Sector-3, Noida

Job Description:

1.    Distribution Planning of POP materials, Promotional Gift Items & Product Samples to Sales Team & Coordinate with Logistics for the same.

2.    Assist reporting manager with Market Research and Analysis.

3.    Maintain Data in Excel/Google Sheet as per Management requirement.

4.    Assist in implementation of various marketing activities & events.

5.    Create & generate reports based on KPIs of ongoing marketing campaigns & activities.

6.    Assist in creating marketing collaterals.

7.    Maintain CRM regularly.

8.    Monitor and update industry trends and competitor activities to keep up with market changes.

9.    Build and maintain strong relationships with various Vendors.

10. Collect and evaluate marketing efforts using data and feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum 2-5 years.

· Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Candidates with MBA (Marketing) Degrees will be preferred.

· Location: Candidates from Delhi/Noida/Ghaziabad only.

· Past experience with leading Ayurvedic/OTC/FMCG companies. Candidates with Ayurvedic experience will be preferred.

· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Google sheet & Other Marketing software’s like CRM.

· Basic understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing content and collaborating with teams.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

· Ability to develop creative and engaging marketing campaigns.

· Basic knowledge of ATL/BTL activities.

· Open to Travel PAN India.
