We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales targets through direct client interaction, relationship building, and effective product promotion in the assigned area.
Conduct field visits to potential customers and close daily sales (target: 1 sale per day).
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions.
Report daily activities, leads, and achievements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and assist in post-sales support when required.
Education: 12th Pass. Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) students are welcome.
Experience: Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Willingness to travel locally
Base Salary: ₹10,000 (fixed)
Incentives:
₹5,000 incentive on completing monthly target of 30 sales.
₹500 incentive for every additional sale beyond the monthly target.
Travel Allowance: All field travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Flexible working)
