About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive for handling PLCC (Personal Loan on Credit Card) sales along with Credit Card & Debit Card Upgrade activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining financial products to customers, and closing sales while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Personal Loan on Credit Card (PLCC) products to eligible customers

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Credit Card and Debit Card upgrades

Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and field activities

Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and charges clearly to customers

Ensure timely follow-up with customers to achieve maximum conversions

Collect, verify, and submit customer documents as per bank guidelines

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Follow company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines

Basic/Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of EMI, loan products, and customer handling.

Ability to convince customers in a friendly manner.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Should be comfortable in a retail store environment.
