Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with documentation and the policy issuance process.
Maintain and update customer records accurately in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines in all sales activities.
Provide post-sale customer service and handle policy-related queries.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
