We are looking for a performance-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) with experience in healthcare product sales, specifically IV fluids. The ASM will be responsible for managing sales operations within an assigned territory, driving business growth, managing a field sales team, and building strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, distributors, and stockists.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of IV fluids and related healthcare products within the assigned territory
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Manage and mentor a team of Medical Representatives / Territory Executives
Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, purchase heads, hospital administrators, and distributors
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and market dynamics
