Position Summary:

As a Fashion Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized styling advice and excellent customer service to our clientele. You will guide customers in discovering the perfect ethnic outfits for every occasion while enhancing their overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-store or online with styling and product selection

• Provide expert fashion advice based on customer preferences, body type, and occasion

• Stay updated on the latest trends in ethnic wear, fabrics, colors, and seasonal collections

• Help customers mix and match outfits with accessories, dupattas, or jewelry

• Upsell and cross-sell merchandise to meet sales targets

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively

• Collaborate with the merchandising and visual display teams to present collections appealingly

• Collect customer feedback and maintain client relationships through follow-ups

• Keep the store neat, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
