Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Luxury Bridal Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional bridal shopping experience. You will guide brides in selecting the most suitable couture lehengas, sarees, and accessories, ensuring personalized styling aligned with cultural preferences, body shapes, and wedding themes.Key Responsibilities

Assist bridal customers with styling, fitting & product selection
Provide personalized consultations based on trend knowledge & body analysis
Maintain high standards of customer service, hospitality & brand experience
Manage customer appointments, follow-ups & conversion tracking
Deep knowledge of bridal wear fabrics, hand-embroidery, silhouettes & color palettes
Work closely with design & alterations team for custom orders
Manage store display, VM & luxury product presentation
Upsell and cross-sell premium accessories & bridal trousseau items
Handle CRM entries, measurements, order status & delivery coordination
Support store events, launches & influencer appointments

Key Skills
