Event Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Member Onboarding & Training Coordination

• Take complete handover of new member fitness goals, needs, and health history from the Sales Manager.

• Personally call new members to schedule training sessions with assigned trainers.

• Ensure members receive high-quality training support and seamless onboarding.

2. Member Satisfaction & Service Excellence

• Ensure the highest level of member satisfaction across all touchpoints.

• Address and resolve member/guest concerns on priority with timely and effective solutions.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain service standards and positive member experience.

3. Feedback Management & Quality Improvement

• Analyse customer feedback to identify improvement areas.

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance member ratings and service quality.

4. Member Engagement & Relationship Building

• Maintain strong rapport with members through birthday calls, anniversary calls, and courtesy calls.

• Ensure consistent communication to enhance member loyalty and retention.

5. Guest Relations Team Management

• Lead, guide, and supervise the guest relations team to ensure adherence to operational standards and SOPs.

• Monitor team performance and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.

6. Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, supervise, and assist in the execution of events, activities, and marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure maximum member and non-member participation.

• Ensure flawless event operations to boost engagement and visibility.

7. Revenue Generation

• Contribute to revenue growth through AMC collections, events, and sports activities.

• Track and monitor revenue targets and support initiatives to achieve monthly goals.
