Quality Inspector

We are looking for an Quality Inspector to join our team at Ashida Electronics Private Limited. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹19500 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Day to day material testing as per urgency, ERP entry passing and report generation if NC material is there and handover it to Purchase with report.

2. Jig maintenance, Track of jigs given to vendor

3. Over all vendor control ( the mails, meetings ,visits etc.) + assessment of vendor

4. Representing IQC on lean line + Customer Complaint Taking respective actions till end of NC get resolve. Follow up of those actions.

5. Documentation/Record maintenance other than ERP related to IQC

6. Response to learn new techniques, new testing methods, implementation of various quality tools.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/ITI Electronics and 0 - 2 years of experience. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.

• It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
