Education
• ITI (Electronics, Electrician, Fitter, or relevant trade) OR
• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
Experience
• Freshers to 2 years of experience
• Experience in PCB/component soldering is an added advantage
Salary
• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
• Perform manual soldering of electronic and electrical components.
• Assemble PCBs, wires, connectors, and electrical assemblies as per work instructions.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and SOPs.
• Inspect solder joints for quality and workmanship.
• Repair or rework defective solder joints when required.
• Handle soldering irons, desoldering tools, and other hand tools safely.
• Ensure components are placed correctly before soldering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
• Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety procedures.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Report material shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Skills Required
• Basic knowledge of soldering techniques.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify electronic components.
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic assembly.
• Willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
• Ability to work in shifts, if required.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of IPC soldering standards is an advantage.
• Experience with PCB soldering and wire harness assembly.
• Familiarity with quality inspection and rework processes.
