Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and execute railway CCTV / IT. The role involves end-to-end project management, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery as per quality and safety standards. The candidate must be open to frequent travel across multiple project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor railway project activities from initiation to completion.

• Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams.

• Prepare and present project progress reports, documentation, and compliance records.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory requirements.

• Manage site activities, resource allocation, and conflict resolution.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Travel extensively to project sites for supervision, review, and coordination.

• Project Manager responsible for overseeing CCTV system installations and integrations, including server configuration, storage management, and network infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management / related field is preferable.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing railway projects.

• Strong knowledge of railway project execution, contracts, and site management.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently across project locations.
