Job Title: Electrician

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka | Nagpur, Maharashtra | Siliguri, West Bengal
SALARY: 20,000/-to 25,000/-

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular operations and maintenance of the entire internal electrical system from the point of power receipt (Sub/Floor DB) to the interior electrification of the premises.

• Ensure all electrical rooms, equipment, shafts, and meter boxes are secured, accessible only to authorized personnel.

• Inspect and maintain all cable and wire connections, ensuring they are clean, firm, and safe.

• Maintain breakers, ensuring contacts are clean and mechanical operations are smooth.

• Regularly check battery terminals, electrolyte levels, and UPS/Inverter systems to ensure optimal functionality.

• Conduct periodic checks on all meters for accurate readings and performance.

• Maintain all light fittings, luminaires, lamps, ballasts, starters, transformers, and related components, replacing or repairing as required and maintaining proper inventory.

• Ensure the earthing system is well-maintained with proper continuity and pit maintenance.

• Monitor and adjust system set points for energy optimization while maintaining comfort and safety standards.

• Promote safe working practices and contribute to continuous safety and environmental improvements.

• Execute any other assignments or maintenance tasks as directed by the management within the contract’s scope.

Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance of electrical plants and machinery.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.

  • Ability to read technical diagrams and follow preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach with good communication skills.
