Greet customers warmly and understand their eyewear needs and preferences.
Assist customers in selecting suitable sunglasses based on style, face shape, UV protection, lens type, and budget.
Provide product knowledge, including features, benefits, and brand comparisons.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain store display, ensure proper product arrangement, and keep the store neat and organized.
Handle billing, cash/card payments, and maintain accurate records.
Manage inventory, check stock levels, and assist with stock replenishment.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally.
Stay updated on new arrivals, trending styles, and product features.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.
