Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy & Planning
• Plan and develop a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and brand tone.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and formats.
• Content Creation
• Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and ads.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to create visuals, graphics, and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories).
• Community Management
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with the community on all platforms.
• Build conversations and encourage user-generated content.
• Platform Management
• Maintain presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Post content timely, manage scheduling, and monitor engagement.

Requirements-
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media/content roles.
• Excellent command of English (writing and grammar).
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of design aesthetics.
