Job Title: Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager with 1.5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes social media, understands current trends, and can turn ideas into eye-catching visuals using Canva.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Design social media graphics, carousels, and basic video edits (Reels/TikToks) using Canva.

Strategy & Planning: Manage and execute a monthly content calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Community Management: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, growth) to optimize future content performance.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years in a dedicated Social Media Management role.

Design: Medium proficiency in Canva (ability to use templates, create custom layouts, and maintain brand consistency).

Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously.
