Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing efforts for Soil2Wellness, an organic food & sustainable agriculture startup. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want hands-on exposure in building a consumer brand from scratch.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Channel, and LinkedIn
Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and captions
Support content planning & monthly content calendar
Write engaging copy for posts, offers, festivals & campaigns
Coordinate with design team / use Canva for basic creatives
Respond to comments, messages, and basic customer queries
Track post performance (reach, engagement, followers)
Support app download campaigns & referral promotions
Assist in influencer & community outreach (RWAs, groups, doctors, etc.)
Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new ideas

🧠 Skills Required

Basic understanding of social media platforms
Good written communication (English / Hindi)
Creativity and willingness to learn
Familiarity with Canva, Instagram Reels, Facebook Pages
Basic knowledge of hashtags, captions & engagement
Self-driven and disciplined

(Advanced tools are a plus but not mandatory)
