Ecommerce Operations Executive

About the Role: We are looking for an E-commerce Listing Specialist to manage our product catalog across 7+ platforms. You must have hands-on experience with both marketplace portals (Amazon/Flipkart) and fashion/niche verticals (Myntra/Ajio/FirstCry).

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Listing: create new product listings via bulk upload (CSV/Excel) and single uploads on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, FirstCry, and our own Shopify store.

• Content Management: Write SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, and descriptions tailored to each platform’s algorithm.

• Image Compliance: Coordinate with graphic designers to ensure images meet the strict guidelines of Myntra (white background/ratios) vs. Amazon (lifestyle/infographics).

• Inventory Sync: Manage stock levels to prevent over-selling across platforms.

• Error Resolution: Fix "suppressed" listings, quality check (QC) rejections, and brand approval issues.

• Shopify Management: Upload products, create collections, and manage tags/metafields.

Mandatory Skills:

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for bulk sheet management.

• Experience with Myntra & Ajio Seller Portals (These are technically harder than Amazon).
