Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive (Part-Time) to help us build brand visibility, run digital campaigns, and support field marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have FMCG marketing experience or strong digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) – posting, engagement, and campaigns.

• Support digital marketing campaigns (ads on Meta, Google).

• Assist in designing promotional materials (WhatsApp catalogs, posters, banners).

• Help plan and execute sampling campaigns and field activations.

• Coordinate with sales team for market feedback, offers, and promotions.

• Track and report campaign performance metrics.

• Research competitors and suggest creative marketing ideas.

Requirements

• Graduate with 1–3 years experience in FMCG or digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and ads.

• Creative mindset and good communication skills.

• Ability to work independently on a part-time basis (10–20 hours/week).

• Familiarity with Canva, basic Photoshop, or other creative tools is a plus.
