**Job Description – Digital Marketing Manager **Role Overview**Responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital and social mediainitiatives across Medical, Dental, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, PGMEE, and upcomingTechnical segments.**Key Responsibilities**• Develop and lead digital & social media strategies.• Create monthly digital content calendars and oversee content quality.• Provide creative direction and approve final creatives for digital marketing.• Coordinate with social media executives, designers, SEO, publishing & sales teams.• Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize performance.• Lead contests, giveaways, campaigns, & ambassador programs.• Manage Meta ads, LinkedIn corporate posts, WhatsApp broadcasts, blogs & emailers.• Support offline marketing events with digital amplification.• Handle ORM across Amazon, YouTube, Meta, and website.• Implement new digital trends, AI tools, and innovative formats.• Maintain segment-wise student, faculty & influencer databases.**Qualifications & Experience**• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing/Communication.• 4–8 years of digital marketing or social media experience.• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.**Key Skills**• Strategic Planning• Team Leadership• Creative Thinking• Performance Analysis• Project Management
