This is not a generic digital marketing internship.

At Cradlewell, we support first-time parents during one of the most vulnerable phases of life. Our marketing is built on trust, clarity, and calm, not noise or gimmicks.

This role is for someone who wants real responsibility, not just exposure.

This role is for you if

• You want hands-on work, not shadowing

• You care about healthcare, service brands, and human stories

• You can execute consistently and take feedback seriously

• You’re comfortable with a ₹10,000/month stipend in exchange for real learning and ownership

What you’ll work on (practical, not theoretical)

Content & Social Media

• Writing simple, human captions for Instagram and LinkedIn

• Creating clean, on-brand creatives using Canva

• Supporting content planning and weekly consistency

• Observing what content performs and why

Brand & Growth Exposure

• Understanding how a healthcare service brand builds trust

• Learning how messaging changes for anxious, first-time parents

• Supporting basic performance tracking (reach, engagement, saves)

You will not be expected to “do everything.”
 You will be expected to do a few things well and consistently.

 Tools & skills we expect (basic level is enough)

• Canva

• Instagram insights

• Google Docs / Sheets

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

You don’t need to be an expert. You do need to be willing to learn fast.

Important notes (please read carefully)

• Portfolio is mandatory (Canva / Drive / Instagram page / personal work)

• A short practical task is part of the selection process

• Minimum commitment: 5-6 months

• If you’re looking for a high-pay or low-effort internship, this may not be the right fit

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
