Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential local merchants and startups through research, cold calling, and field visits.
Consultative Selling: Present GoNukkad’s "Seller Services" (product listing, cataloging, ad management) and "Retail Services" (website creation, review management) as solutions for business growth.
Negotiation & Closing: Develop persuasive sales pitches to meet or exceed monthly targets for digital package sales.
Relationship Management: Act as a bridge between the client and the internal account management team to ensure successful onboarding.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and performance metrics in databases or CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 0–4 years in sales, business development, or telemarketing. Previous experience in digital marketing or e-commerce (Amazon/Flipkart ecosystems) is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and convincing abilities in English and regional languages.
Analytical skills to interpret market trends and provide actionable growth insights to clients.
Proficiency in basic digital tools (Google Business Suite, MS Excel).
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: Typically ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹45,000 per month, depending on the specific location and experience level.
Incentives: Performance-based commissions for meeting sales targets.
Work Environment: Generally on-site or field-based roles (not remote) with a 6-day work week.
